Pratt Institute Building Guide
After spending a year and a half at Pratt Institute Campus, I’m deeply fascinated by the institute’s history and architecture. I designed an interactive building guide to visualize the transformation of the Pratt Institute building through color reaction under lights. To achieve this effect, I created the images in Photoshop and Illustrator by layering a photo archive from Jstor and photographs, color-coding, and overlapping the prints. The book features a map of the part buildings, the changes in Pratt Institute buildings from their construction (visible under green film) to the current date (visible under red film) through images, and the shift in the purpose of the featured buildings through text.
